Parents of Holy Trinity students have the option of enrolling them in the Extended Day Program, which allows the student to remain at school until 6:00 pm. Students have snacks, an opportunity to complete homework, and participate in guided activities. Students have computer time, outside play, and movies.
The EDP begins precisely at 3:45 pm. All students attending EDP will be lined up at 3:45 pm at their designated areas and escorted to the cafeteria. At 3:50 pm, a bell will ring signaling the beginning of the Extended Day Program. Students that are in the cafeteria at the time the bell rings will be charged a $7.00 flat fee per day. There will be a $5.00 flat fee per day for each additional sibling.
The EDP hours are from 3:50 pm until 6:00 pm. If a student is not picked up by 6:00 pm, there will be a $1.00 per minute charge per child. This charge is due the same day, no exceptions! Cash or checks are accepted. If a student is continuously picked up after 6:00 pm, the student will not be allowed to return to the EDP.
