Dear Parents/Guardian,

Welcome to Holy Trinity Catholic School! We are pleased that you are considering enrolling your child in our school. This letter explains some of the procedures for enrolling a child in our school.

Enrollment is determined according to the following priorities:

  • Siblings of currently enrolled students
  • Baptized, Catholic children whose parents are presently registered in Holy Trinity parish
  • Baptized, Catholic children whose parents are not members of Holy Trinity parish
  • Children whose parents are members of other faiths

All new students must complete an Admissions Assessment and supply the following to complete enrollment:

  • Registration Form Click Here
  • Non-refundable Application Fee
  • Non-refundable Registration Fee
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (for Catholics)
  • Copy of Current Immunization Record
  • Completed Admissions Assessment

Students in the Pre-Kindergarten classes through 1st Grade must meet the age requirements for the State of Texas and the Diocese of Dallas:

  • A child must be 3 years old on or before September 1 to be admitted to PK3.
  • A child must be 4 years old on or before September 1 to be admitted to PK4.
  • A child must be 5 years old on or before September 1 to be admitted to Kindergarten.
  • A child must be 6 years old on or before September 1 to be admitted to First Grade.

New students transferring into our Middle School (Grades 6-8) will need to schedule an interview with the Principal to discuss their prior school experiences and the requirements of our program.
 
Extended Day Academy is available from 3:45-6:00PM daily.
