Glorimary Rivera

Glorimary Rivera Martinez is starting her sixth year as Music Teacher at Holy Trinity.  She was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to Dallas eight years ago. She attended the University of Puerto Rico and has a bachelor’s degree in Music Arts Education. As a part of her development in vocal performance was a member of Choir of University of Puerto Rico, National Choir of Puerto Rico, and Ars Vocalis of Puerto Rico. She has worked as a Music Teacher for 17 years, eight of them in a public school in Puerto Rico, where she created a School Band program.  She and her husband, Javier, have been married for 17 years, and have two wonderful children, Zahíra and Jahir.  She believes that music has the power to change everything around us and it is a beautiful gift from God.  She is thankful that the Lord has given her the opportunity to change lives through the music.
